Embodied Transformation · Zurich & Scuol

The Jaguar Path

I hold integration spaces for people ready to turn their experiences into embodied transformation.

Mujer Jaguar

The Jaguar Path holds a series of integration circles in Zurich and a purification retreat in Scuol — different doors into the same journey of transformation.

The Path

Walking with the Jaguar

The jaguar is an archetype of power, intuition and fearless transformation. In these circles, we walk alongside this energy — learning to see in the dark, to trust our instincts, and to move through life with grace and sovereignty.

The Invitation

A Space to Return

A space to pause, cleanse, and reconnect. These Integration Circles are intimate gatherings designed to support you through transitions, emotional release and the deep work of remembering who you are. Rooted in somatic intelligence, ancestral memory and intuitive practice, each circle offers a container of clarity, presence and transformation.

The Offering

What Each Circle Offers

Each circle is a journey through four dimensions of healing — cleansing, reconnection, intuition and transformation. Through somatic practice, breathwork and ritual, you are guided back to coherence.

  1. Dimension 01

    Energetic Cleansing

Release what no longer serves you through guided somatic and energetic practices.

  2. Dimension 02

    Reconnect

Return to your body, your breath, and your inner knowing.

  3. Dimension 03

    Deepen Intuition

Strengthen the bridge between your rational mind and intuitive wisdom.

  4. Dimension 04

    Embrace Transformation

Step into a new cycle with clarity, grounding and intention.

The Details

What to Expect

Each session includes individual energetic cleansing and crystal work to support your process. You will be held in a safe, sacred space where the body can release, the mind can soften, and the spirit can recalibrate.

These circles are not therapy — they are ritual containers for those ready to do the inner work with honesty, grounding and compassion.
